Radiative cooling panels

Hi,

I would like to model radiative cooling panels (such as those: https://www.skycoolsystems.com/) in my system. But I can't find a component in the catalogue to fit my needs which makes sense as the technology is quite new.

My question is: would there be a way to model the behavior of the radiative cooling panels by changing the physical parameters of the solar thermal panels as I saw that they could have negative Qsol values.
