Setup Controller for when using the dicharging battery

My project involves a PV, batteries with a controller, and a consumer. I am trying to simulate a system in which the discharge of the battery is only available during peak hours (7 to 9 am and 5 to 10 pm), which means that during the day if the PV production is not enough to cover the consumer's needs, they will use the grid. Additionally, I want to set the controller to charge the battery from both the PV and the grid, for instance, during the night when wind energy is available.

I have attached an hourly picture of my current system, which shows when the battery is discharging.
