Minimum up and down time (with programmable controller)

Hallo,
In order to optimize the operation of a heat pump, I am using a programmable controller.
In the simulation I must also include the minimum up and down time for the heat pump. I have tried to understand this from the available templates as well as the user handbook. Can someone give me a tip on how it can be implemented?
I am trying to use 'PS' for this, but in order to see if my heat pump has run for the minimum up time, I need to get the values of several previous stages.
